who posted review 2 on	October 5, 2017	and says, ”I have used this bar regularly since it was first opened over 20 years ago and have always found it friendly and welcoming. The owner is honest and hard working and I find the comments in the previous review unbelievable. It’s a great place to have a drink or meal on its well appointed terrace and watch the world go by.”
Bar Victoria was visited on	March 11, 2010	by a reviewer whose email address has been verified
who posted review 1 on	December 16, 2010	and says, ”They charged me twice for my drinks. It did not help that people in my table testified that I had already paid my bill. Later I learned that it happens often there. On December, 2010 my friend got a case of food poisoning after having eaten there.”
