“My go-to bar & tapería when in Arroyo de la Miel, the commercial centre of Benalmádena. Antonio, the waiter-cum-barman, always has an affable greeting for customers. Handsome boss Juande & his beautiful wife Carolina run an extremely reasonably priced establishment, which I have been frequenting for several years. Carolina’s home-made cakes are a must for anyone with a sweet-tooth. My favourite tapas – and Antonio’s too – is the “magro” when available. Just try it (unless you are a veggie/vegan)! I totally recommend La Huerta.”
