“That’s Amore Italian Risto & Lounge Bar is my gastronomic project that I propose in the city of Benalmadena.
The project is a representation of traditional Italian cuisine revisited in a modern and international key, with the presentation of dishes made with attention in the selection of products and quality, matching the gastronomic experience with a selection of Italian wines and an elegant service to make spend our guests unique moments because, as always I like to remember, “the traditional or gourmet cuisine that is, is made, all that research of high quality in raw materials, experimenting, daring and inventing with imagination new recipes, enhancing the flavors of products through a sensory experience that starts from the palate.”
