Carl has a passion for food and is satisfied with nothing less than perfection, his creations are a feast for the eye as well as the palate. Alyn is warm and hospitable has a wonderful rapport with the customers. Having worked together in England to great success

Carl and Alyn are a team that have brought instant recognition to Milly’s in Arroyo de la Miel. Having only opened in February 2003 thay have created a restuarant that is extremely popular with locals and visitors alike, making it adviseable to book in advance.

Carl has worked at a number of celebrated establishments including, Kirkby Fleetham Hall Hotel- Catterick Garrison Sergeants Mess- Potto Hall Hotel and recently eight enjoyable years at the renowned BLACK BULL IN AT MOULTON

This famed Inn close to Scotch Corner has been under the same ownership for over forty years and has given Carl the opportunity to cook for Royalty, Politicians and Celebrities – Prince Charles, Ian Botham, Andrew Lloyd Webber and William Hague to name a few.
