We tried this restaurant for the first time last night and I’m so, so glad we did! The food was amazing from start to finish. Incredibly tasty – I can’t emphasise that enough. The pakoras were bursting with chicken – not the often dry, rubbery meatless offerings, my prawn puri was absolutely amazing with meaty large prawns, not little cocktail prawns like you often get in the U.K. and my husband said his onion bhajis were delicious too. Then my daughter had a starter portion of chicken tikka for her main – ginormous chunks of chicken! I had lamb bhuna (chicken came in error however this didn’t matter as the food was so incredible I wasn’t feeling like moaning about it) and my husband had chicken karahi Asian style so highly spiced. We shared a roti, a garlic naan and a mushroom pilau rice – all were delicious. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed it which we did, throughly. We took a doggy bag home as the portions were generous. Reasonable prices too. I highly recommend this place!! We live here and so will definitely be back soon!
