La Sirena was visited on August 18, 2013 by a reviewer whose email address has been verified who posted review 11 on August 27, 2013 and says, ”In the last couple of years we tried almost all of the restaurants at the boulevard of Playa Santa Ana in Benalmadena. The service and the food in this restaurant is the best on the strip! Prices are fair but the quality is EXCELLENT !!!
You’ll have to make a reservation for a table, since the local Spanish people are also enjoying the food!”

I would never miss eating there if I am in the area. The prices are not the cheapest but the quality easily justifies the price and the service is absolutely impeccable. ”

The range of food is good, except there is not lot of vegatarian options if you dont like meat or fish … But the staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make sure that all the people that I went with to the restaurant had food and drink that they liked… It was delightful!!! :)”

When bill was questioned & discount asked for – we were thrown out violently with pushes, threats & insults. Avoid this place, 80 euros for two people (no desert)& they treat you like a dumb tourist at best (no spanish hospitality just Costa del Sol tourist trap- these people dont appreciate your buisness & behave like thugs.”
